An embedded automation studio
Strategy first.
Build second.
Stay through the outcome.
We map how your operation actually runs, build what it actually needs, and stay until it runs without us.
You leave with a process map of your business that you keep, whether we work together or not.
Most automation fails because the model is broken, not the tech.
It isn't the tools. The tools are fine. Automation fails because someone wired software on top of a process nobody fully understood. A broken process automated is just a broken process running faster.
The work behind us.
Embedded engagement.
The Handy Geeks
The Handy Geeks maintains retail stores for national brands. In that market, work orders get posted to online platforms and a network of vendors races to claim each one. Whoever responds first wins the work. The founder was the bottleneck, because one human cannot outpace competing vendors by watching five platforms sixteen hours a day.
We mapped how the work actually moved before we built anything. The map said the bottleneck was not strategy. It was mechanical. So we built the machine: one system that wins the work, dispatches it, and communicates about it.
The bot did not replace humans. It replaced the founder's bottleneck.

Full-time ops hire
“I'd hired plenty of people before who set something up and disappeared. Talha embedded with us for three years. The system he built wins our work orders before my competitors are awake, and we grew 7x with an ops team of one. If you're the bottleneck in your own business, take the call.”
Our own product.
Hakeem AI
A clinical documentation co-pilot for doctors. They speak, it writes the structured clinical notes, manages records, and handles the patient side. Incubated at NIC Cohort 5 and in active use with physicians.
Delivered.
Deadline Track
A UK Companies House compliance tracking platform with GDPR-compliant data handling. Built and shipped end to end.
You leave with a process map of your business, whether we work together or not.
One method. Three moves. We don't sell pieces of it.
We embed and learn how your business actually runs. Every step, every handoff, every workaround. You get a clear map of your own operation, yours to keep. Most people have never seen their business drawn out in full. The map alone changes how you think about it.
Then we build what the map shows is actually needed, not what someone spec'd before they understood the problem. Apps, dashboards, web platforms, AI where it earns its place.
We don't hand over a build and vanish. We stay embedded until the thing works in your real operation and the outcome is yours to run without us. Advice without execution is half a job. We do both.
- Workflow automation
- Custom apps & dashboards
- Web platforms
- Voice & AI agents
- AI audits
- Integrations and glue code
Named tools, not magic: n8n, Make, Python, whatever the problem calls for.
“I'm the bottleneck. The business stops when I stop, and I have no time left to grow it.”
This is for you if
- It runs on you. The quoting, the scheduling, the follow-ups, the fire at 9pm.
- What got you here is now the ceiling. The hustle, the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group. It worked until it didn't.
- You're too deep inside it to map it. You can feel something's broken. You can't see the whole thing.
- You've been burned before. A freelancer who vanished. An agency that handed you a junior. Software you never switched on.
- You want judgment, not more hands. Someone who learns your operation and stays through the result.
This isn't for you if
- You want to hand off a spec and check out. We work with you, not instead of you.
- You're shopping on price. We don't bid against ourselves.
- You buy through committees. We need the decision-maker in the room.
Focus is a force multiplier.
An agency splits its attention across a dozen accounts and staffs yours with whoever's free. It can't give you focus. Its business model forbids it. We can, because we embed. When we embed, we embed in your operation, not twelve.
No account managers. No juniors. No one translating between you and the people building the thing. You work directly with the founders doing the work.
We came from three different rooms. A YC startup, a government CEO's office, a freelance career run from hacker forums. Different lineages, one lesson: we'd each spent years next to the people making founder-level decisions, learning what works and what quietly breaks. So we compared notes and built the kind of partner most operators never get. Reality Ventures is an embedded automation studio for SMBs: operators paying agencies, freelancers, and AI consultants who walk when the build does. We don't walk.
We're early. The conviction isn't.
- What do you actually build?
- Whatever the map says is needed. In practice: workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier), custom apps and dashboards, web platforms, voice agents, AI audits, and Python glue between the tools you already pay for. AI where it earns its place. If a problem can be solved with a 10-line Python script, we won’t sell you AI.
- What does it cost?
- We scope after the map, not before. The call and the map cost nothing. If a build makes sense, you get a fixed scope and a fixed price for it. We don’t bid against ourselves on price, and we’ll tell you when you don’t need us.
- How fast does this move?
- The first build usually ships in two to four weeks. What your in-house team would scope for next quarter, we ship in that window.
- What happens on the 30-minute call?
- No pitch. We ask how work actually moves through your business, where it gets stuck, and what it runs on. Then we draw the map and hand it over. If it shows something worth building, we propose it. If it doesn’t, we say that too.
- Do I need to know what I want built?
- No. Most partners arrive with a symptom, not a spec. Mapping first is the point.
- Where are you based?
- The studio is based in Pakistan. Talha operates from Jeddah; the rest of the team from Islamabad. Partners are global: Los Angeles, the UK, Doha. We overlap with your working hours, and the systems we build don’t sleep at all.
Start with a map.
A 30-minute conversation, then a process map of your operation that you keep, whether or not we build anything together. No pitch, no commitment. You'll leave understanding your own business better than when you walked in. If it makes sense to keep going, the first build usually ships in two to four weeks.
